I am merging an Excel spreadsheet with a first name, last name and class year for table tents.  However, not all records have a class year.  On my main document I have all of the appropriate field names.  The class year field is preceeded by an ' (apostrophe).

How do I suppress the printing of the apostrophe and the zero that follows it?
