I have 2 computers both running Word XP - using same data
file and same form letter.  When merging one produces 15
letters correctly, the other produces 15 letters and 15
blank pages - as if there is an extra page break.  The
page break does not show up with the Show/Hide option.
Is there a place to contol page breaks in a mail merge?

Are they both printing to the same printer... if so, do they have the same printer driver installed

The only time I've seen this before was based on different print margins being adjusted on each pc.  One on a laser works fine but one on a desk jet (requires larger bottom margin), extra pages would print.

No, not necessarily.  But - I did go to the form letter
and delete a couple of blank lines in the body in an
attempt to determine if it was too long to fit, but still
got the blank page - appeared to be plenty of room.

The printer driver can have an impact on this, especially if you are using
tables and have a table at or near the end of a page.

Send the letter to a "new document" instead of directly to
the printer and take a look at the result. Make sure the
"non-printing" characters are displayed. Can you determine
what might be causing that second page (assuming you get
one)?

If there's not an additional page in the new document, then
I'd check the printer settings on this PC. Maybe it's set to
print out a "header page" or something?
