How can I export a mail list created in Word 2000 to
OUtlook 2000?

When you say created in Word, what exactly do you mean?  As a mailmerge data
source or as a typed list of address with a layout similar to that which
would appear on labels.

Outllook has the ability to import addresses in various formats so what you
need to do is get the mailing list into the applicable format, probably as a
comma separated value (CSV) file.  To see how it should look, export your
contact list from Outlook to such a file.

Then use a catalog or directory type mailmerge in Word to create a file of
that format.

If your present mailing list is typed as it would appear on labels, see the
following page of fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website

Hope this helps
