I'm trying to print a single envelope by going to Tools,
Letters and Mailings, Envelopes and Labels. In other
words, I'm NOT using the Mail Merge Wizard feature. When
you go there an Envelopes and Labels window opens up.
Next to "Delivery address" appears an "Insert address"
button. It looks just like the "Insert address" button on
the tool bar at the top of the Word screen. But it seems
to work differently. As I indicated earlier, it does not
pull the Company Name from Outlook and at the same time
it puts the Country in the address text box. How do you
modify the "Insert address" button that appears in the
Envelopes and Labels window found under Tools, Letters
and Mailings?
