I am trying to merge an excell spreadsheet into a word document as labels,
Avery 5260. I can merge fine and there are over 700 records. Most look
fine. I would like to save the document with the merged data and just edit
the document but I can't figure out how to do this. I have seen some posts
recommending converting this back to a normal document but if I do that, I
only get the first page of my labels and the other label seem to be lost.
Is there any way to do this?
Thanks.

See the thread - one page problem - below. It sounds like the same thing and it worked for me.

Web portals are merely windows into Usenet which doesn't use a paged format.
You would do better to access the Usenet server directly - see

You can merge to a new document and save that. That document can be
converted back to a data file if necessary, see
