Hi,
I'm having problems with mail merge using excel. One of
the fields I have in Excel is a number (eg 100.40) and
when it comes through to Word Mail Merge the number
becomes 100.3999999999. The problem is not consistent as
some of the numbers are coming through correctly and there
doesn't seem to be any single common trait between the
ones that are not coming through correctly.
I am using XP, Word & Excel 2002.
I've tried reformatting it in Excel to 2 decimal places
but it still doesn't work??
Help, please!!!
Thanks,
Tamara

This question is posted and answered an average of twice a
day....
You'll find information on this in the Word 2002 section of
my website's mail merge FAQ.
