I was hoping someone could offer me a little advice.
I have a number of letters, with form text fields. These
fields are repeated on numberous occasions throughout each
letter.
Instead of having to key in the data over and over, can
anyone advise on how I can key in this data once, and then
let Word copy the data into the letter, repeating it where
necessary.
For example, maybe a popup box when you open the document
that prompts for the info, and then copies it into the
form fields.
Thanks
Rob

Form fields write their content to bookmarks - by default Text1 Text2 etc,
though you can change these names, if you wish, from the field properties.
Wherever you want this information repeated, don't use another form field;
use a REF field to call the required bookmark, but check the calculate on
exit check box in the associated form field so the REF field updates.
