MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / May 2004Word 2000 Mailmerge with Postcard
Is it possible, in making postcards that are 4 to a sheet, to do a mailmerge. There would be 4 places on each postcard to merge an address, and I just can't figure it out. I know I can go along with making up labels, but printing on the card looks so much nicer. I'm using MS Excel 2000 as my data source, Word 2000 for the mailmerge. I've done a search of this sight for postcard and didn't find anything. TIA for any and all your help! --Jim Use a label type mailmerge where the dimensions of the labels match your post cards. There are postcard formats pre-defined, or you can create your own.
