Curious problem that I stuck with at the moment.

A simple merge document for writing reports for school and adding exam
grades. Problem is numerical grades are showing numerous decimal places
despite the excel file having the data as an integer/percentage. Even with
the data as simple integer a zero is added to the end of the grade.

I simply want to show a grade with no decimal places.

Any help would be appreciated. :-)

David,

See the Excel data section at the following link:

http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_labels_with_word_xp.htm#Excel_data

Or you could try applying a numeric picture switch to your mergefield

{ MERGEFIELD "YourMergeField" \# ## }
