Greetings,

Wondering if anyone knows how to default the "mail merge
recipient's" dialog box to automatically maximize once
it's opened (I want it to appear full-screen)?  Also, I
am only using two fields, and I must manually expand the
2nd column everytime -- there is quite a bit of text
(comments) on each line.  Is there a way to default the
column width?  It's very time-consuming as each form is
completed one-by-one, to have to keep repeating these
steps.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Peace ...

Hi Tom,

No, I'm afraid there's no way to either of these things;
not built into Word, and not even with VBA (a macro).
