I've asked about my problem.......multiple mail merges(it's worse now)......I was told to uninstall my Word in Works......and also in Office(it seems they've "mixed".....) and then reinstall Office. I've tried to uninstal....and I get a n error message to the effect it has encountered a problem and will not complete uninstall.....now I'm stuck.....is there any way I can do it?

You should address this problem to an appropriate newsgroup, such as word.setup.networking
or office.setup. Be sure to include the version of the application(s) with which you're
having problems and the EXACT wording of the error message.
