I want to print 6 labels for each record that I have.  Since I'm using sheet with 12 labels per page, I would like to print 6 of each label on a page.  The problem is that when I look at how it has merged, it always repeats the 2nd record again on the top of the next page.

In essence, I have recipient one and two on page one, recipient two and three on page two, recipient three and four on page three, ect.

How do I get the labels to merge so that recipient one and two are on page one, recipient three and four are on page 2, etc.

Hi Christie,

Assuming that you have a label type mailmerge main document, you should have
a <<Next Record>> before the first merge field in only the sixth label on
the sheet.

It also sounds like you may not actually be executing the merge, but just
stepping through the records with the mail merge main document active on the
screen.

You must execute the merge either to a new document or directly to the
printer.  Doing it to a new document first will allow you to check before
printing.
