Empty spaces

Still cannot find out how to remove empty spaces. If I have a series of
bookmarks, say from 1 to 5, and only 1 to 3 are filled from the merge, I
would like to delete the space for bookmarks 3 & 4. Am using Word97,
Powerbuilder 8.0.4, and my data is coming from a table in Sybase 12.5.

There may not be many people here that know anything about Powerbuilder as I
haven't seen much in response to your earlier questions about this problem.
