I am trying to move the delivery addresses in mass amounts to the return addresses so I don't have to type the envelops again.  Yes, a newbie, but I could do it years ago.

Are you trying to say that you want to produce a load of self addressed
envelopes?
Add an envelope to a document. Fill in the information and print that page
as many times as you want.
If this is not what you meant can you explain.

I've already printed the envelops to mail to the delivery addresses.  The documents are done.  I just need to go into my address book and put them on the return address and mine on the delivery address.  Or else I'm just going to put my address on the delivery  address but then I won't know who sent it back until I open it.

I see - I think :)

Create another envelope merge using a blank envelope as a starting point.
You could use the envelope template available for download from my web site
as that starting point. Put your own address in the address section and your
merge fields where the return address should appear. Run the merge.
