How do I delete addresses from a sheet of labels that I have just merged and be able to fill in the deleted slots where there is nothing on the label now? There must be a way to move the other addresses up to not waste the labels on the sheet

Thanks

Export the contents of the label to a new data source document, delete the
unwanted addresses and remerge - see
