I've created a form letter and blank data source.  I have several files I need to use these in with different information for each file.  But it's not saving the different information under each different file.  When I input info, it changes the data source in each directory...it's like it's not really saving separate sources.

I'm not following...

1. Which version of Word are we discussing?

2. You have a form letter and a blank data source, you say. Then you want to use "these"
with several different files. With a data source, I could envision this. But how does the
form letter fit in? Could you describe what you envision in a bit more detail?

3. Where are you entering information? What interface? And with what intention? What do
you mean by a "data source in each directory"?
