I have a list of 400+ addresses in a list in Word 2000.
I have a couple questions.

1. How do I sort by zipcode for mailing purposes?
2. How do I sort by last name (which is the last word on
the first line)
3. How do I get it into label format since the list was
typed before it was formatted for labels?

Thanks for any help.  I've been very frustrated!

Maybe the following information on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website will
show you how to do it:

http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels_into_mail_merge.htm

If not, tell us exactly how the list is arranged at the moment?  What
separates each item in an address?

Give us this information and we can probably tell you how to go about what
you want to do.

Hope this helps
