In a simple mail merge from Excel to Word. The charachters seem to be stacked on top of one another once it gets merged. This seems to only occur in certian label templates, especially the Hanging Folder Inserts 1/3 tab. Any idea why this would happen?

When I see that on my machines, it's usually an indication that something internal in the
document, that handles the character layout, is damaged. If this is a label, it could
also be the table structure that defines the labels.

I'm not familiar with the label type you mention, could you tell me, please
