Hello All,

I am attempting to merge multiple datasource records into
a single document.  The datasource is a Word document
containing a single table which in turn contains multiple
payment line item records.  The file to merge the
datasource into is a single page Word document with merge
fields placed appropriately.  The problem is that whenever
I perform the merge, I get page breaks, repeating document
headers, etc. when I merge the documents.  Is there a way
to merge the datasource records with the file so that
there are no page breaks and the data appears all on one
page?  Any help or information would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Maybe a catalog (or in Word XP and later, a directory) type mailmerge will
do what you want.  Or is it really a case of one to many in which case, see
the "Multiple items per condition" item under the "Special merges" section
of fellow MVP CIndy Meister's website at
