I have done this in the pass, but am having a brain freeze. How do I add a Field to the date form in my mail merges. Example: I have a Name, Address, and Telephone fields in my data form, I want to add an email field. HELP

You need to tell us which version of Word you're using, so that we can give you the correct interface commands.
