Guys,

I have an Access database and one field is Date sent. It's set up in the format dd/mm/yyyy. When I mail merge to Word the date is changed back to mm/dd/yyyy when my client prefers it the other way. How can I set it so Word keeps it in the format of dd/mm/yyyy?
