MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / June 2004Merging address/label info from outlook contacts
Wanting to merge info from contacts - specifically selecting contacts based upon the category I have selceted for these. Do not seem to be able to do this. I do see a way to select based upon all other fields e.g. country, state etc. But not by category. Can anyone advise me on this please. Thanks, Rod The usual advice is to initiate the merge from Outlook as that will give you more options.
