I have a large problem last year I transfered a merge file
from a windows 2000 system to a Office 2002 version and
found I could not print blank lines on a mail merge
option.  Someone from the forum told me how to use the
2000 option in 2002.  I am trying to do the same thing
this year but when I go to do my query option it will not
work correctly and I can't remember how to go back to the
2002 option, even though I still need blank lines to print
it is more important that I can get the correct
information from Access.  If anyone can help me that would
be great.

You need to describe how things aren't working correctly,
otherwise we can't really help you very well.

To use only Office 2002 mail merge functionality, display the
mail merge toolbar and use the buttons on it. You should be
able to force Word to print the blank lines by type some
spaces at the ends of the lines, I think.
