I am attempting to complete a mail merge where I send one
letter to a manager that includes the names of all the
employees who are to receive a bonus.  So in other words,
employee A has 5 people eligible and employee B has 3
people and so on.  How do I go about setting up the data
souce for this?

Thank you in advance.

See the "Multiple items per condition" item under the "Special merges"
section of fellow MVP CIndy Meister's website at

This method indeed works ... once!  This is the how I
have done it; but upon saving, the "mergecode" that
specifies the path is converted to useless text and the
merge is now rendered inoperable.

Seems like a bug issue in Office xp.  I had word 2000 and
it worked fine.

thanks
