I am performing a mail merge using a Word Doc as my data source.  When I match fields, whatever I set to be Address3 does not display on the label preview, yet when I set these fields to appear in any other position they are OK (so I know my source data is OK).
Anyone else had problems getting address3 to appear on the label (Avery label J8161)?

I don't think we have quite enough information, although I'm guessing

1. word 2002 or 2003?

2. Are you inserting an AddressBlock field to make the label?

3. Which options are you choosing in the dialog box for the Address Block?

4. Why would you need an address block, rather than inserting the fields individually?

5. You mention a specific label type; does this work with any other label type?

6. Where does Address3 come from? You ask if anyone else has problems with getting
address3 to appear, but who else would have a field named address3?
