I have inserted mergefields from Access in rows in a Word
Table.  If the fields in Access are blank, I would like
for the row on the table to be suppressed. What would you
suggest?

Using a DATABASE field instead of mail merge to link the
data into Word. And set up a query in Access that suppresses
the records causing the blank rows.
