I'm downloading a file from the AS/400 which has the
customer's name and address in CAPS. I need to merge this
into a Word document but I want to change the case-- Is
there a way to do this? Thanks, Diane

Use Alt+F9 to toggle on the field codes in the mailmerge main document and
add a \* Caps switch inside the closing }

You should be able to achieve what you want with a \*Caps formatting switch
on the mergefield(s)
eg {Mergefield Address1 \*Caps}
This will capitalize the first letter of each Word. There are other
formatting switches - see Word help.
and for more complex options - see
