CAN THE FILL IN DATA FROM A FORM FIELD BE MERGED INTO ANOTHER WORD DOCUMENT? IF SO, HOW? THANK YOU Not simply. If it's basically the same document, how about using File>Save As to save the file with a different name. Other wise you would need to use a macro which allows you to get the contents of each formfield by using its .Result property.
