I want to use mail merge to create labels from my outlook
express address book.  I get 'the following unrecoverable
error - MAPISVC.INF file is missing.  So I click finish
and it tells me there is no profile.  How do I build a
profile and will this take care of missing file??

You will need to export the Outlook Express Address Book (File>Export) as a
text file so that you can use it as a mail merge data source.

Just make a note of the file name to which you export it and then navigate
to that file when attaching the datasource in the Word mailmerge
