I am trying to print some envelopes with word 2003 and I can't get the merge function to work properly.

I am using csv data with headers.  Word sees the files and displays them sorted correctly.  When we execute the merge, all the labels and envelopes have the same msg : <<Next Record>>

I don't know where this is coming from, but word shows the correct formating when I select the recipient source.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi =?Utf-8?B?TWlrZSBSaWNo?=,

Note that I'm uncertain what you mean when you say "execute the merge", so I'm not sure where you're
seeing this. But <<Next record>> is correct at the beginning of each label *while viewing the main
merge document*. Shouldn't be on single envelopes, though.

Go to Tools/Options/Print and uncheck the box for "field codes" if you're seeing this on a
print-out.
