I am trying to print several envelopes of the same return address and sender address, is there a way to do this without having to do it one at a time? Do I have to creat a mail merge document to accomplish printing more than one envelope with the same data? Thanks, Kim PS Sorry if this posts 2ce, I did not see the other one I did! Because of the way Usenet works it can take a while for messages to appear. Both yours did - 7 minutes apart. As an alternative to Doug's suggestion (which works fine) is to use an envelope template. There is an example available for download from my web site, which can easily be modified to your requirements. I did know aobut the add to document, the problem with that is that I do not need the document, just the envelopes.
