printing env from text file

I have a text file of names and addresses with a hard
return at the end of each line and 2 hard returns at the
end of each address. In Word Perfect I would just do a
search and replace (codes) in order to get one address on
each page, then insert my env. file. How do I get a Word
file to do the same without manually going to the end of
each address and placing a manual hard page?

See where your text file resembles the relevant part of

instructions to the end - then use the resulting file in conjunction with
