the wizard we select Letters, either using the current
document or an existing document,Type a new list, Create
we receive This operation cannot be completed because of
a dialog or a database engine failures.  Please try

Hi Terri,

Create your datasource before hand as a table in a Word document with the
field names in the first row of the table, then save and close that
document.  You may also find it better to dispense with the wizard and
display the mailmerge toolbar by selecting Toolbars from the View menu and
then checking the Mailmerge box.  You then start the merge operation by
clicking on the leftmost button on the toolbar and selecting the type of
merge that you want to create and then click on the next button to the right
and open the datasource, etc.
