when sending a newsletter in a mail merge (through
outlook) with working links in the document (back to top,
etc) AND sending as HTML, upon delivery the links do not
work and are no longer even links. can anyone please
advise me on how to resolve this problem. i am one
frustrated user.

You must have WordXP SP2 for the hyperlinks to work.
