I am using windows 98, office 2000
When I use mail merge to create mailing labels
the zip code (and any number for that matter) are always
transfered with a '.0' at the end. No matter what format
I am using in excel. And if the zip code was entered with
the extra four digits ( 94040-2234 ), the mail merge does
not transfer the number, it leaves it blank. I have tried
to match the zip code column in the excel document with
the words postal code, but it doesnt work.
Help please, this is really frustrating
