MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / July 2004Word 2000 mailmerge envelope printing
I downloaded a letterhead and envelope template (blue line). I used it for a mail merge. So far so good. In print preview everything looks good. When I print the envelope it prints as if I loaded the envelopes lengthwise. My Canon printer prints envelopes face up horizontally. If I use the envelope tab in the tools menu to print a single envelope it prints OK. It's just the mail merge envelopes it wants to print wrong. I've checked the settings for the printer and in the envelope options menu. 1. How do I fix the the envelope problem with mail merge? 2 What's the best way to just print the envelopes using the word template and mail merge? Check the page settings for paper size and orientation.
