Word XP doesn't merge all data

I have a table as a Word document which I use as my data source with 59
adresses. Once I merge it with a form letter only 11 addresses are shown and
Word misses the other addresses.

I have checked the print settings so that 'All pages are printed', all
addresses are ticked and the mail merge was completed with the final step.
Now I am running out of ideas to check why Word would cut off the remaining
addresses.

Any ideas?

Can I just confirm that you want to produce one form letter per address?

If you merge to a new document, does the output document contain the same 11
letters and nothing else?

Are there any fields such as { NEXT } ( <<Next record>> ), { SKIP } etc. in
you mail merge main document. (You can see the {} versions of the fields
using Alt-F9) ?

Was your data source created in Word? If not, what type of data source are
you using?

Are there any quote characters, such as ", in your data? Does the problem go
away if you remove them from the data source?

Yes, I want to produce one form letter per address!
The output document produces 11 letters from the first 11 addresses but then
stops and the remaining addresses are not used. No next fields are
included...simply went through the 6 or 7 steps as this is a straight forward
mail merge.
Data source is a table in Word. No quote characters included...

If possible, can you e-mail the mail merge main document and data source
document to me and I'll have a look  (you'll need to de-spam my email
address first).

Hello Peter,

Many thanks for your efforts. I think I may have fixed it now. I re-created
the main document and data source by copying/pasting and saving it under a
new name and now it seems to work. I have deleted the old 'corrupt' files but
if the problem re-appears I would like to come back to your offer and send
those files to you to have a look.

Regards

Nicole
