When I merge information from my WORD address list, the address block has double spaces. How can I change that to single spaces, the normal format for letters? Don't use the address block. Use the mergefields themselves and arrange them in the desired configuration.  SignaturePlease respond to the Newsgroup for the benefit of others who may be interested.
