E-mailing mail merge with pictures

I am trying to e-mail a mail merge document out with a
linked picture. I've already used the Includepicture
command and everything works great, using an Excel data
source. When I merge to a file and then select all and
press F9, all the pictures fix and everything works
great. My problem comes, however, in e-mailing the
merges. When I e-mail the merge, the picture is not
updated, and everyone gets the same picture instead of
the picture assigned to them. How can I get around this
problem, being able to e-mail the entire merge with all
the pictures going to the right person and being updated
all at the same time?

Hi Andrew,

Using the information in the article "Mail Merge to E-mail with Attachments"
at

http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/MergeWithAttachments.htm

You could send the pictures as an attachment, or you could modify the
procedure so that after executing the mailmerge to a new document and
updating the fields in the document so that the correct photos appear, you
would use the procedure to email each "letter".
