Please explain how to save a merge to a new document with all 30 pages. I
get only the 1st page. It should be about 30 pages. Thank you.

You are looking at the merge source document. You have not completed the
merge. Complete the merge to a new document and save or print that just like
any other document. You only have to follow the wizard, or do it manually -
see http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_labels_with_word_xp.htm
