Hi

Have a database with a date of join a club.  When merging
into a word document it displays a time as well.  I only
wish to display the date only how do i get rid of the time

Help please

Andrew,

You may be able to force a date only with a date format picture switch.
Toggle your mergefield code and may something like { MERGERFIELD "your
mergefield name" \@ "MMM dd, yyyy" } then then toggle the display and try
the merge again.

I had the same problem so followed these instructions.  It
worked, except the month showed double "00".  The day and
year came out fine.  I went in and reposted the date in
the database, but it still will not show the month.  Can
you help?  Thanks!
