I need help.  I am trying to mail merge a sheet with 4
post cards per page.  There are to be 4 different names
per page, 1 for each of the cards on the sheet.  When I do
the mail merge each sheet has the same 4 names on a
sheet.  The next sheet has the next name, 4 up and so
forth.  I have tried the online help with no success.  How
do I get 4 different names per page.  Using MS Office word
2000.

Create a label merge using one of the postcard pro-forma label layouts - or
create your own label layout to match your blanks and use that as a basis
for a label merge.

The alternative is to create a form letter merge and add a NEXT field to the
start of cards 2, 3 and 4.
