In Word 97 my drop down menu gave a choice Tools-> Merge Documents or
Tools -> Mail Merge.

However, my new Word 2000 version only has the former -i.e. there is no
Tools - > Mail Merge option however much I expand the drop down and "drop
sideways" menu.

My Word 2000 came on an Office 2000 SBE CD- maybe Mail Merge was not
included with that version?

Any steer would be appreciated.

Thank you
Kevin

Mail merge is included with all Word versions.
Set tools > customize > options to always display full menus.
If that doesn't display it - see
