How can I set up a mial merge for a letter and an envelope at the same time? Thanks With the letter as the active document, from the Tools menu, select Envelopes and Labels and click on the Add to document button to add an envelope to the document. The insert the necessary merge fields into the envelope. You will need to be sure that your printer can handle the changing from envelope to page to envelope to page etc.  SignaturePlease respond to the Newsgroup for the benefit of others who may be interested.
