I am using Word, Access and Outlook (all 2002 versions) and I am trying to do
a large e-mail merge.  I follow the wizard fine, but when I do the merge it
appears to take place, but then nothing is sent.  If I change the e-mail from
HTML to plain text, the merge goes through, but I have to approve each
e-mail.  A security message requires that I approve each message,
individually.

How can I get Outlook to recognize the merged mail in HTML format (or if I
must, how do I disable the security that is required with plain text)?  Thank
you

You cannot disable the security, but you can overcome it using a small
utility called ClickYes linked from the downloads page of my web site.
