Date not displaying properly in mergefield?

Hi,

I am passing a date of April 2004 into a mergefield within word, however
when it prints out it is displaying it differently. How can I get it to
display as April 2004? Would appreciate any help on this.

Damon,

Try using a date picture switch in the merge field

somethine like \@ "MMMM yyyy" should do it.

Which version of Word? What's the data source? What is being displayed,
currently?
