I need to mail merge company addresses, contact person's
name in the salutation and a symbol (for example, smiley
face, star, etc.) next to the name.  My database is located
in Excel.  I created a column for the symbols and mail
merged them.  I eventually got them to show on the screen
but they do not print out.  How can I get the symbols to print?
