Hi Doug,
Thanks for the reply. I'm still a little confused on how
to get only a certain date to appear on the corresponding
date on the calendar. Example: A program begins on
9/1/04, and another begins on 9/15/04. How do I get them
to show on the corresponding dates only, and not on any
others?
My idea was to use an "if then else" field, customized to
each cell/day of the calendar. E.G. "If" begin date equals
9/1/04, "Then" insert(Program name), "else" type nothing.
The roadblock that I am hitting is that it will only let
me put in text in the "then" field. I would like to
reference other merge fields from my data source, instead
of typing text.
Thanks for your help/suggestions!!

Do you have a record (row in your Excel file) for each day in the month?
What I suggested would require that you do. Then with a label type
mailmerge, the data for 9/1/04 (assuming it's the first record) would go
into the first cell in the first row, that for 9/2/04 will go into the
second cell in the first row, etc.
