Help! I have an existing form that I want to have the name, address, city, state and zip code automatically update throughout the form after I type it ONLY ONCE. Enter the data into formfields and in the other locations use cross references to the bookmarks that are assigned to the formfields. Check the calculate on exit box for the formfields so that the fields in the document are updated with the information that is entered into the formfields.
