I am trying to validate my address in my mial merge data. I have down loaded the stamps.com software because mirosoft directed me to stamps.com. How do I validate > address in mail-merge You'll need to inquire at stamps.com about this; it's their software and apparently no one frequenting this group is familiar with it. I'm guessing it installs as a Word COM addin. And there's a "Validate" button in the "Edit Recipients" dialog box that it probably links into. But after that, I have no idea.
